BBQ usage

To avoid health problems related to BBQ use, here are some useful tips before grilling!

From the moment you purchase your meat, it is very important to refrigerate it. If you do not plan to use it within 2 days of purchase, freeze it. Meat kept above 4°C for more than 2 hours poses a substantial risk of food poisoning.

Cooking

Make sure your meat (especially chicken and ground meats) is well cooked. It is recommended to use a thermometer to check the internal temperature of your meat rather than relying only on its color.

BBQ brushes

The bristles of your brush can detach over time and end up in your food. If swallowed, they can cause significant injuries in the throat or digestive system. It is suggested to regularly check and replace your BBQ brush to avoid such incidents. Additionally, other options without metals bristles are available on the market.
