Opening Hours:

• Centre de prélèvement de Chicoutimi (Chicoutimi Sample Service) (930, rue Jacques-Cartier Est, Chicoutimi, QC, G7H 7K9, (door 11) is without appointment from Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and with appointment from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., except on holidays.
• Centre de prélèvement d’Alma (Alma Sample Service) (Centre Alma, avenue du Pont Nord) is without appointment from Monday to Friday from 7:15 a.m. to 3 p.m., except on holidays.
• Centre de prélèvement de Roberval (Roberval Sample Service) (44, boul. de l’Anse) is with appointment only.

For your samples

Bring your health insurance card and your test request form. Please check if there are any specific requirements related to your prescribed tests and present yourself accordingly. When a special instruction applies, it is noted next to the name of the test.

For example:

• Services offered only on specific days (ex. : HLAb27, Tacrolimus);
• Fasting required for the sample;
• Being present at a specific time (e.g., iron and transferrin saturation, prolactin, cortisol).
