The Regional Public Health Department has made an information hotline available to answer questions from our community, political and economic partners, as well as health professionals.

The Moment of Kindness is a telephone line available to anyone in Saguenay – Lac-Saint-Jean wishing to receive a call to make his or her socially isolated situation easier. This will give you the opportunity to chat with a volunteer for a few minutes.
