The Regional Public Health Department has made an information hotline available to answer questions from our community, political and economic partners, as well as health professionals.

Contact us at 418 541-1052 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Telephone line * to break the isolation and loneliness

The Moment of Kindness is a telephone line available to anyone in Saguenay – Lac-Saint-Jean wishing to receive a call to make his or her socially isolated situation easier. This will give you the opportunity to chat with a volunteer for a few minutes.

➡️ In order to receive a call from a volunteer, you must complete the form by clicking on the link. Allow 24 to 48 hours to get the first call.
